MBSL3

MBSL offers a unique alternative to building with other structural applications. Utilizing light gauge, galvanized steel, our system provides a cost effective, long-term solution to structural framing requirements. The system is comprised of steel studs, tracks, accessory openings, joists, deck and roof trusses supplied by Dietrich Metals one of the largest suppliers of steel studs in the world.

MBSL's building system is a comprehensive, lightweight, structural, steel-framing system that offers super strength, super speed and super savings. It is suitable for virtually all kinds of buildings - high and low cost residential, commercial, industrial, retail, warehousing and high-rise construction. Multi- storeys can be constructed of stand alone light frame steel and used in conjunction with other methods and materials.

The Magest building system offers major advantages of complete adaptability and a high strength-to-weight ratio - all at cost-effective prices. It is strong and safe to work with and is very fast to erect. MBSL product is assembled in our facility, shipped complete and erected on site quickly and easily using unskilled or semi-skilled labor.

Our expert staff and consultants have the capability to assess and change any conventional wood, concrete or steel frame designs to a light-frame steel system creating savings.

All assembly takes place in the controlled environment of our factory. Lightweight, shipping to any site, local or remote is both feasible and cost effective. Once on-site, assembly is essentially the same as traditional wood framing except that simple "C" channels replace traditional sill and top plates while self-tapping metal screws replace hammer and nail. The result is an impressive, dimensionally consistent and accurate product ready to receive traditional interior and exterior wall, ceiling and floor finishes. To make ease of construction even more simple we can attach to the assembled panels in the plant the required finish such as code board, Dens-glass, etc. When one considers that the exterior finish system can also be part of the panelization, the overall timesaving becomes even greater. This is all handled by the most up to date automated assembly equipment on the market today.

Designs are carried out by our staff and consultants in conformance with all applicable building codes in the area of jurisdiction, meeting the requirements of CSA standard S136, Cold Formed Steel Structural Members. The design process includes the analysis of each structure utilizing a leading edge computer analysis program which is cad based for easy interaction with Architects and Engineers.
